Shipping and payment terms for the EILER private customer online shop

1. Payment Options
1.1. You can choose from the following payment options for deliveries within Germany:

-Paypal
When paying via PayPal, you authorize us, the company EILER, to debit the maximum amount from your PayPal account that you confirm when completing your order.

- Payment on account
You also have the option of conveniently purchasing your order on account and paying it to the bank details shown on the invoice. If we pay in advance (only when purchasing on account), we reserve the right to obtain creditworthiness information from the following company for the payer in order to safeguard our legitimate interests: Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstraße 11, 41460 Neuss (www.boniversum.de) . Further information according to Art. 14 EU-DSGVO can be found in our data protection declaration.

- Credit card payment via VISA, Mastercard, American Express
When paying by credit card from the institutes VISA, Mastercard or AmericanExpress, you authorize us, the company EILER, to debit the maximum amount from your credit card that you confirm when completing your order.

2. Shipping Terms
2.1. Deliveries are made to selected domestic locations (Germany) and the following countries: Austria.
2.2. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs
3.1. Shipping costs are to be understood as including statutory VAT.
3.2. The shipping costs depend on the one hand on the delivery address and the amount of your order.

4. Delivery times
4.1. If you order several items in one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods (unless otherwise agreed) in a single shipment. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to your order.
